Bank account linked, but keep getting asked to link bank account

PayPal keeps saying that my bank account is already linked to another account (which I only have one so how?) And it won't allow me to put ant bank details in there to link the bank account because apparently it's already in use. I don't know what to do. I can't transfer money in or anything. Keeps asking me to link a bank account but I have one linked and when I try to remove it, it asks me to link a bank account, like it's not registering there is one linked to it. But then it tells me the account is already linked and I need to put in another one. I'm in hell, please

My debit card was retricted because of fradulent activity. I got my new debit card but don't know how to link it to my Paypal acct. Please help. Thank you

You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
