I work for a bank, when our customers try to link their account using the "login" function - it does not work.
I feel like the issue is because we recently changed online banking providers, and Paypal is still trying to authenticate using the old provider. Anyone have any ideas how to get this updated?
Thanks

Hello, @cburris52001. Thanks for bringing up this topic here on PayPal's Community Forum. The feature you mentioned would have to be updated by PayPal which would be done as part of regular maintenance on the System. There's no time table tor that, however, but we appreciate you mentioning it.
The great thing is that there's another way for customers to link and confirm a bank account. Please check out https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/faq686 for more information. You can share that link with our mutual customers, too!
I hope this is helpful. Thanks for your interest in PayPal!
Sincerely
Michael
