Can I add Indian bank account to PayPal account which has a US bank account linked to it?

I frequently receive and send money to India. And with PayPal entering Indian market. I wanted to know if I can add Indian Bank account in my US PayPal account which already has a US bank account linked to it.

Please, if it's possible let me know and if not then can anyone provide me with an alternate solution.

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.

You can't add a bank account registered in India, to a US PayPal account.

You can send from your PayPal account funding sources to a bank account in India—through PayPal Xoom. Only personal payments originating from the US, and sent to friends and family, are allowed through the Xoom service.
