Can't Confirm my number

I'am trying to confirm my number but I'am not getting the code. I don't get a call or a text. I get codes from other sites but for paypal it isn't working. Does anybody know what to do?

In general, this can happen for multiple reasons. For example, have you ever added and confirmed the same phone number to another PayPal account? If yes, please make sure to delete it before trying to confirm your phone number again. Otherwise, it could be that you are facing a technical issue. You can try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. This may help you solve the issue.
