Can't hit the "Next" Button to transfer funds.

Hello,

For whatever reason, the past 3 days, I've been trying to transfer money from my bank to solve this negative balance on Paypal.

None of the options I select will let me pass the "Next" button. It's been quite frustrating.

I've tried talking to the Chat Support that Paypal provides, and they gave me a the whiteout error:

"Our apologies, but messages are currently unavailable.

Please close this window and select another contact option." , and I even tried calling them yesterday and today (their Collections phone line), and the robot lady said something along the lines of "Sorry, no one's available - go back to Chat Support." 

^So I'm stuck in a loop.

Before the chat box got blanked out with the error, I tried to go through multiple browsers: 

Google Chrome

Brave Browser

Microsoft Edge

None of them worked.

Tried the same thing with my phone and tablet.

Neither worked.

So with the chat support gone, and the phone line busted, here I am.

What should I do? Find another bank to register? Ask my current bank to get me a debit card? 

It's quite frustrating, as I've been using paypal for years now, and this is the first time I've had this issue.

They won't tell you but seems to work this way.

When you have a negative balance caused by a failed bank transfer then they remove that option and force you to use cards for payments instead as safer for them).

BUT as you can't add funds to a paypal balance via a card then these are your only options.........

Ways to clear a negative balance.

1. Transfer funds from your bank account via the add funds function.

2. The quickest and easiest way is to get a mate or family member to send a payment via the friends / family option. As long as they don't fund it with a card it should be free.

3. Via a card over the phone with paypal.

4. Or mail a cheque as per link.

5. Buy something and Paypal will normally add the debt to that payment during checkout when you authorise the purchase.
