Can't send money

I had money sent to me but it's not letting me put it on my bank card or send to anyone I've done all verifications

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to withdraw or spend the funds that you have received. Declines can happen for multiple reasons. If the issue persists, please contact customer service for troubleshooting and assistance. For best results, a call is in order. Click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, then Call us, then log in for the number to call.
