Can't withdraw from Paypal to Payoneer prepaid Mastercard

Paypal doesn't support payoneer, sometimes you can add it but it doesn't work properly and paypal don't advise it.

Yes but it worked in the past. why didn't it work today?

it is added though, just cannot withdraw.

I think the answer to that one is what I have already written 'won't work properly' if you manage to add it.

try Paypal prepaid MC debit card,fee is 4.95 a month

or consider WMT ,fee is 3.95
