Cannot verify my paypal account Maybank visa Debit Card

I can' t verify my paypal account, Error says: "The Card Verification System used by PayPal is currently unavailable. Please try to add your card at a later time. We apologize for this inconvenience." pls help me. thanks

Call the maybank customer service (same for other bank too) and ask them to activate for e-commerce online use for debit. M2U (and any other online banking) is not the same as activating the e-commerce online debit. 

Once activated, u now can use it.

Well, I already did it via SMS and it is really working! It takes 3 days (working hours) to activation of my mydebit visa card. And I done linked it to my paypal.
