Cant Receive Money When Link Ping Pong Bank

Hello everyone,

I have a problem that PayPal has removed my bank account when I add Ping Pong bank to withdraw. It held my money 3 days and then PayPal emailed me that it transferred my money to my Ping Pong Bank but I do not still receive it.

So does anyone know this problem and how can I solve it?
