Credit Card purchase resulted in Cash Advance Transaction Fee imposed by Chase

Recently I made 3 purchase transactions with Aliexpress and paid via PayPal to Aliexpress. The funds were transfer to AliPay Singapore E-Commerce. All 3 transactions were resulted in Chase Bank imposed an Cash Advance Transaction Fee in the amount of $10 each. Chase Bank representative stated that it can't be reversed and suggest to contact PayPal to resolve the issue. I initiated some kind of dispute with PayPal and has not received any response. I just wonder has any user out there been experienced this kind issue before? or I am the first person came across this issue? Can it be Aliexpress is deceitful on coding it as Cash Advance so they don't have to pay the credit transaction fee. I am just thinking out loud.

Update:

I send a secure message to Chase Bank to complain that they allow the merchant to submit a Cash Advance Transaction without my consent. Chase provided an explanation that the merchant, Alipay Singapore E-commerce, is coded as a financial category and it depending on how the merchant categorized the charge. At the end, I finally got a good news that Chase decided to offer me wavier on all three transaction fee. Case closed!

Same just happened to me as well and I was charged $15!!! Same situation, paid on Aliexpress via PayPal $3 and something and got slapped this fee. This is nonsense and absolute absurd. Will be talking to PayPal and to Chase tomorrow to see how can I roll it back.

You maybe charged for more than just cash advance fee because the fee is certain % of the advance and $10 is the minimum.
