I am uk based and set a default to stirling but have 0 credit. Someone paid me in dollars so now have credit in dollars. I purchase in stirling and cannot use the dollars. How do I move my credit to my primary stirling value. It is one single account.

Your buyer should be paying you in YOUR currency not theirs.

Trouble is U.S buyers seem to think we want their dollars  Smiley Frustrated

Personally I would refund and tell them to send sterling which is very easy to do.

If you want to convert them then you can BUT it will be high conversion fees.

Click on the balance (>) then click on manage currencies under that pop up box, the currency conversion option is on the right side of that page.
