DIFFICULTY IN LINKING MY CREDIT CARD

I had two PayPal accounts. One personal and the other business. After the card linked to the personal account expired, I closed the business account and tried linking the card formerly used in the business account on the personal account but it is still saying that the card is linked to another account (That is supposed to be closed). Please how do I sort this out?

I would allow at least 72 hours for the system to play catch up before you try linking it to another account.
