Yesterday, I issued a partial refund. PayPal issued a "Fee reversal from PayPal." However, the reversal is not calculating in the account balance. Can anyone explain? Thanks in advance. - Viv
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
