How to withdraw Money from PayPal Business account to Debit or credit Card in UAE ?

Hi, 

I have a Paypal Business account and I'm not able to withdraw the money to my debit card, I have a bank account in (adcb) but when I click on the withdraw money it asks to link a bank account in USA. is there any way to withdraw the money from Paypal Business account to debit or credit card? I am not able to see the option. can anyone please suggest me which bank debit or credit card Paypal accept?  Please Help!!!!

Have you tried the Network International withdrawal option or are you wanting to withdraw to a card only?

Dear @Oregon11 I have tried network international but they are asking for License and all that, that is a long process, I want to withdraw the money in my debit, credit card.  thanks

You said that the card you have now is not showing as being eligible for withdrawals. Is the card you have linked a Visa card and does the business name on your PayPal account and your card match?

Yes, I have linked the visa card and the Paypal Business account and Card is under my name. Both names are matched.

PayPal does offer withdrawal to eligible credit, debit, and prepaid Visa cards in UAE, with personal accounts. You may want to contact support and ask if they allow withdrawal to Visa cards from PayPal Business accounts in UAE, and find out if this a compatibility issue with your card issuer or not.
