I have a RuPay debit card. There's no option to link it to PayPal. So, I chose the option 'Visa' and typed in my RuPay card number(odd, I know...just tried hit and trial). After I typed in all the details, it started its process to link it but automatically changed the card type to 'Discover' network card and linked to my PayPal account using the normal procedre. I later found out that Rupay card is launched by "National Payments Corporation of India" (NCPI) which maintains ties with the "Discover Financial" network. Now, I still have doubts whether it is properly linked(as there was no RuPay option), how do I confirm it that it is linked ?
