How do I pay with a linked loyalty card?

I apologize for the confusion. 

A linked loyalty card can only be used for any rewards offered by the loyalty card merchant. If you've accumulated points to pay for a purchase with a loyalty card, you would need to reach out to the merchant to confirm how to redeem the points.
