Money on hold due to new account

Hi All,

I have a brand new account (1day old) I already have money transferred into it. Since I have not confirmed my bank details, the money is on hold..

Is it safe to send the things to the purchaser?

I don't think it has anything to do with not confirming your bank account, this sounds like the 'new seller hold'.
