So I sent money to someone but turns out i didn’t have enough money in my account, my bank charged me an nsf fee which i understand and gave me the money back. I was in the negatives on my paypal but just today, they took the money out of my account again BUT somehow I still owe paypal the money that I owed them. Can someone please help? It seems like they’re just trying to get more money out of me dispite taking it out of my account already.

Transfers from bank accounts are never instant, that is why when you buy something paypal credit the seller upfront for you and paypal take the wait for the funds to transfer to pay them back again, this is so you get your item without delay.
However if you are adding funds to your paypal account yourself then its you that takes the wait for the transfer to completed.
Takes about a week to transfer as Paypal use the slowest (cheapest) transfer option BUT funds normally leave your bank account from a few hours up to a few days later.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
