Is it possible to convert Paysafecard Vouchers (the one where you buy it and you get your code on a receipt) into Paypal money. I don't yet have a card, and the item I would like to purchase does not take in any money other than Paypal.

If the card is not backed by a MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, or Discover, it can't be linked to PayPal account. Try entering the card code in the voucher/gift code field during checkout to use the funds on the card.
