Yesterday 11/13/2020 I purchased a car from an individual on Craigslist in person. He sent me the invoice and I sent him the funds. We were at the DMV to get things finalized for my new plates and title ownership transferred to me; it was successful. After I sent him the funds via Paypal, he checked his account and it says Pending on his end as well as mine when I sent it to him. I drove away back to work with my brand new car. When I got back to work the seller contacted me in panic mode as he couldn't get his funds released in his account. He needed the money to go to school in Arizona on Tuesday of next week so I decided to help him solve this pending money problem. How can the seller release the funds since he's new on PayPal? Anything helps.
