Payment on hold

Has anyone been experiencing this payment oh hold issue even after supplying the PayPal with all the documents that identifies that it’s me who affected and authorized that payments...still can’t access my funds. This is really sickening for sure. PayPal also do not respond to messages or receive calls from me.

 Am really frustrated by all these. Any help???
