Paypal wont accept any banks from my country - Kosovo

PayPal doesn't recognize Kosovo - When I opened a pay-pal account, I choose Albania as they didn't have Kosovo. Everything was OK in the beginning, I added bank account from Kosovo, all of the sudden they don't accept any bank, card anymore. I tried to add a U.S. bank account, it won't let me transfer the money. Funny enough, it let's me spend it using my Linked Kosovo debit card, but it wont let me transfer it. My money is stuck, what do I do?

For Albania PayPal accounts, only US banks are accepted. Link a Visa card issued in Albania to withdraw. Furthermore, if your country is not supported, you're not supposed to open a PayPal account under another country. That is against PayPal user agreement. Your account could get limited and eventually closed down. The features will also eventually stop working correctly as you are already experiencing.
