I have used Paytm Payments Bank Debit card for payment in Paypal will I get the cashback of 50%

My paytm visa debit card isn't working on paypal. Paypal keeps declining it and paytm msg says your card is not enabled for it. But it is already enabled. Idk what's happening my card is working everywhere instead of paypal

I'm facing the same problem. Don't know if Paypal support Paytm VISA debit card or not.
