Problems adding Bank Account & Buying NFL Game Pass

Hi everyone,

I'm searching for help because I have problems using Paypal

1st Problem:
I use Paypal practically for all my online "shopping" (Spotify, Netflix, Clothing sites,...) because I don't have a credit card, but a couple of days ago i tried to buy the NFL GAME PASS and there it happened. You can choose between two Purchase Options, Credit Card of Paypal. I choose Paypal but then it asks me to link a Credit Card? I never had this problem before because I purchased the NFL GAME PASS last year too. I have enough money in my wallet so that's not the problem. Can someone help me out with this one?

2nd Problem:

So with the first problem above I tried linking my Bank Account to my Paypal, but I got 2 faulty messages when entering my IBAN number. The first one was when i tried on the PC and the message read: The information you entered is incorrect. Please check your information and try again. I'm 100% sure that's my IBAN number. So I tried it again using the Paypal App on my Android and there I got the message: Instrument is currently marked as bad. I have no idea to fix this.

Maybe the 2 problems are intertwined, I don't know, but if anyone can help me out, it's very much appreciated

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to initiate this billing agreement. A card may be required for a billing agreement as a form of payment for when the balance isn't sufficient for future payments. Some merchants require billing agreements in order to make a payment to them.

For assistance with difficulty adding a bank account, please contact customer service by phone. Click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, then Call us, then call as a guest or log in.
