Seychelles company ,Singapore bank account, how to link?

Hello, anyone who may see this. My PayPal account is a business account. My company <Removed>, and my business account open in Singapore, the bank name is Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited. When I try to link a bank, the page asks me a routing number, but this bank doesn't have the number, it only has swift code. Please tell me what should I do. I want to use this PayPal account with Shopify. thanks.

You can't add a local bank account in your country.
You can only add a linked card.
The only exception is you can add a U.S bank account to other countries paypal accounts. This is because Paypal is a U.S company.
