Top up via iDEAL is not showing on Paypal Balance

I’m from the Netherlands and used IDEAL for the top up. I chose my ING debit card. I’ve performed this sort of top up before and everything goes smoothly and I can see the balance in less than one min after my card got charged. But this time there’s no balance showing, not even confirmation emails from PayPal topup. It’s a very strange thing to me and I actually was going to make an urgent transaction using this topup balance.... is this a system problem or what’s going on?

I have a similar issue right now. I paid via ABN iDeal, the money has been removed from the bank account, but it doesn't show up on my PayPal account.

Was the money also removed from your bank account in your case? If so, then I guess our issue is the same. Can I ask you how you solved the issue?
