Transfered money from paypal but not recieved in bank account

I transfered money from paypal to a bank account shubham enterprises ac no is <removed> And transaction id is <removed. i have transfered on 12 september but it has been 12 days since I have made this transaction . How does that work..... In this day and the age of electronic Banking we as customer shouldn't have to wait so long I have very bad experience with paypal trace my transaction and provide me the status of my payment  ... I don't know what u guys have every time when m talking to your executives they said wait for 48 hour, 72 hour is it joke provide me status of my payment that where is my payment stucked... Provide me seriously my payments actual status as soon as possible.... And I will be seriously re thinking about using paypal for my transactionss.. Very bad experience

Can someone please tell me why your PayPal detail says instant pyme t when I withdraw funds to a new bank account, only for the money to disappear after 24 hrs. This is misleading. Can someone at PayPal help please.
