How do I transfer money from a pool to another person?

Overall the Money Pool documentation is not clear but since these funds can be spent online or transferred to your bank account according to:

You would send the money to the other person via Send & Request link at the top menu of your PayPal account using your PayPal balance.

It is also not clear if you have to manually move the funds from the money pool balance to your PayPal balance first before can spend it or the funds from the money pool directly goes to your PayPal balance once received but once you can manage to get those funds in your PayPal balance, you should be able to send money to another person the usual way using the PayPal balance.
