Transferring money to Taiwan

I live in Taiwan. What is the cheapest way to transfer money from my USD PayPal account to my bank account in Taiwan? PayPal suggests transferring it to their local correspondence bank [E. Sun Bank] but that will incur a 2.5% fee on the Taiwan end [which is huge]. Does anyone know how to do it through Transferwise via SWIFT?

Sometimes there are charges which you can’t say no to, I have been searching to send money to Taiwan too but can’t help PayPal only can send to my bank account
