My girlfriend had a PayPal then lost access to her phone. We then opened a PayPal under my name. When we went to try and link the card to my PayPal it said it couldn't it's linked to another account. Called customer service and her PayPal was deleted but it still says the card is linked to another account. What can we do to fix this?
If you are trying to link your girl friend's card to your account, that won't work unless your name is also listed as the card owner. When you link a card, your name and billing address has to associated with the card and also match the name and billing address you used to open your PayPal Account with.
