The merchant I'm attempting to purchase from doesn't accept AMEX, but they accept PayPal as form of payment. I have my AMEX set up within my PayPal Account. Can I use PayPal and select AMEX as the payment option to pay the merchant? On their end, they just know I've paid via PayPal, they don't know its an AMEX payment correct?
And, if this is possible, will I still receive the Hilton Honors points for that merchant transaction?
