Hello.
At 00:56 PayPal notified me 29.77 USD were transferred to my bank account but after checking my bank account logs, I only received 7.7 USD from a transfer this same day at 19:23 (it's 13:22 at the moment ???).
Please, let me know if this is a common transaction error or I'm missing something here.
I've tried sending a dispute through Resolution Center but it keeps sending errors. So I had to send an e-mail using https://www.paypal.com/es/smarthelp/contact-us?email=privacy
