why the website ask me social security on INT number if I am from Ecuador no USA

If you’re from Ecuador, you open a Ecuador PayPal account.

 

It’s asking for social security number because you have a US PayPal account and buying, selling and paying with crypto is only available for US and UK PayPal accounts! 

Close your US account. Remove cards/bank account, zero your PayPal balance before closing account.
