cant link gcash to paypal -where can i find g-xchange

can anyone help me with linking my gcash account to paypal. actuallly gcash already sent an email confirmation that it was successful and that i need to look for @g-xchange but i couldnt find it with my profile. so frustrated with this. i will really appreciate your help.

Welcome to our Community Forums! If you've already received the email stating that the accounts are linked successfully, I would recommend checking with GCash to make sure everything is setup to begin withdrawing funds. You can find a little more information at the bottom of this page on how to link your accounts and withdraw funds.
