Greeting Everyone,
Today i've received first payment and tried to take money out of paypal, but it says i have to add US bank account. And the problem is I'm not from US and not living in US.
I'm russian, but living in serbia and have registered paypal account in serbia, but only have russian bank account and accordingly mastercard from russian bank. The question is which steps should i take in order to solve the problem?
Thanks.

Withdraw funds from your PayPal account:
- To your credit, debit, or prepaid card.
- To your US bank account.

If its the one you are using on here then............
User tesy9194: Serbia Personal Account
If its not then go log on to your paypal account and click settings (icon next to log out) on the left of that page should show your country.
You can't withdraw to a local bank account in your country.
You can only withdraw to a linked card....I think that has to be a VISA.
The only exception is U.S expats can add their bank accounts to other countries paypal accounts (paypal is a U.S company so they allow their citizens to do this).
Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
