i cant link my card

hi, I closed my paypal account but I need it back, so when I created a new one, I can't to link my card because I forgot to remove it from the old account. Can you help me to solve it? I have only one card

Message customer service to request your card to be reset to add to a new account:

and scroll down to click “Call Us”
