A friend of mine has his bank account in Kenya, Africa. I asked him to establish a PayPal account. So far he has not been able to do that because PayPal keeps asking him to add a bank account in the USA. What does he need to do?
To withdraw funds in Kenya you need to use the services of M-PESA or Equity Bank to transfer out of a Kenyan PayPal account. You can however add a U.S bank account (not card) to 'most' other countries paypal accounts. This is because paypal is a U.S company and so allows this.
