Hello
I am located in India. I added by VISA debit card to my paypal account but cannot confirm it . It requires OTP to be entered but your OTP page is completely broken. I receive the OTP from my bank but your page shows an error stating "b11-pdc.enstage-sas.com refused to confirm" at the place where i am supposed to enter the OTP. I tried Chrome, Firefox and Edge browsers after clearing all cache, cookies etc but the problem persists. PFA screenshots in Firefox & Chrome. I have emailed paypal 5 times but haven't received a single response. The contact number mentioned on the help page does not work.

Actually this error is from VISA Debit card service provider. i.e. our bank visa debit card service provider.
So here only the solution is to visit our branch and tell them about this issue.
Without initiation from the bank, this issue can never be solved.
Indeed I am also having this same error and I have already communicated with both (Paypal & Bank) and they are advised me to wait for the head branch reply/solution.

I am having the exact same issue. Using a IOB debit card.
Have you found a solution?
I called PayPal and they say that the banks rejecting it? Not sure

Hi
I am also using an IOB debit card. I receive the OTP but i can't enter it on PayPal. I have International transactions enabled and i use my card on other international sites as well and it works fine. Sorry to say but i haven't found any issue. I have emailed PayPal 5 times already and never got a response. What is their contact number as the number mentioned on the help page does not work.

Hi,
I have the same issue with the OTP.
I tried to mention the Helpline number here but its not allowing to post(Community Rules)
I called the one from the help page. They will give you a 6 Digit Verification code before you call.
If you find a solution please post here, Ill do the same from my end.
Im using a new Platinum card. Is it the same with you?

Hi Guys...
Strongly I suggest you to do mail with providing basic details (Your Name, Bank Name, etc..) to the mentioned email ID which is official. I have also done the email on the same. So I request to all of you to email about facing this debit card linking issue so once they get more email regarding same concerned then they will take soon initiative.
