Why can't I connect my CIBC Account to my Paypal

Hello! I'm having frustrating problems on adding my bank account to my PayPal! I added on my debit-visa card onto my account but; I can't with my bank account. This is a lord a bull <removed> honestly  

Can someone help me? Like? Why isn't CIBC on PayPal?? There one of the popular banks on Paypal.

By the way; just so everyone knows; I am a Canadian citizen and my main bank account is CIBC as I live in Regina SK.
