Withdrawing money sent friends and family?

Hi I recently was sent 250 dollars friends and family and I had my bank account linked to my PayPal account. Before I clicked transfer to my bank account the PayPal balance said available. After I transferred it said it might take up to 72 hours for them to review it. Any ideas why this is happening I thought it was instantly available if sent friends and family

Instantly sent yes, but withdrawals can be subject to security reviews.
