Hello @AilaPanglao,

Thank you for posting to the PayPal Community.

Here are the steps to obtaining your API Signature:

  1. Log in to your PayPal Live account.
  2. Click Activity at the top of the page.
  3. Click API Access under "Operations."
  4. Under "NVP/SOAP API integration," click Manage API credentials.
  5. Select “Request API signature”.
  6. Click Agree and Submit.
  7. We’ll generate your API credentials.

If you do not see these options, here is the other way to get to your API credentials:

  1. Log into your PayPal Account
  2. Click on your Name at the top right hand corner
  3. Choose Account Settings
  4. Click Update next to API access
  5. Scroll down to NVP/SOAP API integration (Classic)
  6. Click Manage API credentials
  7. Select “Request API signature”.
  8. Click Agree and Submit.
  9. We’ll generate your API credentials.

Thank you,

Jennifer

I followed your steps but I don't see an option to request the API Signature.
