Hello @AilaPanglao,
Thank you for posting to the PayPal Community.
Here are the steps to obtaining your API Signature:
- Log in to your PayPal Live account.
- Click Activity at the top of the page.
- Click API Access under "Operations."
- Under "NVP/SOAP API integration," click Manage API credentials.
- Select “Request API signature”.
- Click Agree and Submit.
- We’ll generate your API credentials.
If you do not see these options, here is the other way to get to your API credentials:
- Log into your PayPal Account
- Click on your Name at the top right hand corner
- Choose Account Settings
- Click Update next to API access
- Scroll down to NVP/SOAP API integration (Classic)
- Click Manage API credentials
- Select “Request API signature”.
- Click Agree and Submit.
- We’ll generate your API credentials.
Thank you,
Jennifer
