Hii,
I am trying to generate PayPal invoice using API. I have tested in the sandbox and working fine. But I am stuck in making it Live.
I have obtained Live app signature, client ID, secret and all. But can not get App ID. and when I search on google I find that I need to submit App first and then I can get AppID. But I can't submit app because "Manage NVP/SOAP API apps" is missing from My Apps & Credentials page.
So now How can I use LIVE REST API to generate an invoice in c#W windows form / ASP .NET.
Please help me I need it urgently. I searched everywhere but I can not get any solution. Here is my last hope
