I have a business account and have done for at least 8 years. This morning i received emails from customers informing me they can’t make payments, they are being declined. My paypal account showed payments had been reversed. I deleted cards, accounts and created a new business account and linked this to my website. The problem still is still happening. My bank says Tink on behalf of PayPals connection has expired. I am confused how to fix this. I even tried to set up a tink account but left that just as frustrated. What do i do? Do i need to get all new bank cards and link these to a new paypal account. I also contacted paypal but they were useless.
