Will my Canadian PayPal account accept a fund transfer from Mexico that is in Mexican pesos?

Yes, add a MX Pesos currency balance to your PayPal balance on the Wallet page. Payments in that currency will go directly to MX Pesos balance. When you withdrawal Pesos to your bank, PayPal will convert to CAD.
