The question is if it is possible for other people that know my transaction IDs can they search them and see how much money have I send to my family and when. Do they have that information?
Welcome to the PayPal Community! That's a great question. In short, no. No-one can search your transaction ID's and find out any information about you or your account. Only you can search your transaction ID inside your own account and produce any kind of results.
