Hi all, I am about to make payment to a seller overseas for items I have purchased. I only know the sellers name. I do not know them personally. Is there anything I can do to make it safer for me? Get more seller details? etc. Obviously I don't want to lose any money. Should I feel safe knowing PayPal has my back, if for some reason the seller decides not to send the items I have purchased? Thank you.
