International transaction fee

Hi, I'm trying to send 821$ from Azerbaijan to my friend living in the US, who has to pay fee? How much will it be, how can I calculate it?

The recipient will end up paying a cross-border fee of 4.4% + 30 cents.

And you'll be subject to the currency exchange/conversion fees. The currency exchange/conversion fee will be shown at time of payment before it is finalized.
