Hey guys! I was just wondering if I pressed "Send & Request" and I send it to someones email, is that still protected by Paypal? Thanks a lot!

Depends which option you use when you 'send' the funds.
If you use goods / services then yes, if you use friends / family then no.
Also paypals buyer protection is not a 100% coverall so you need to read it and risk assess your transaction.
Also its better if the seller sent you a money request or invoice instead FULLY DESCRIBING the item you are purchasing so that paypal have a description if you have to open a dispute for item received but not as described.
Advice is voluntary.
