decimal point issue

Trying to enter 10 euros and it keeps reverting to 0,10 what am I doing wrong????

Thank you for reaching out to us. 

I know it is quite confusing putting in an amount but you would just need to enter in two zeros(0) for it to show 10.00 Euros. So after you type in 1(one) then 0(zero) enter in two more 0(zeros).
