SORRY CANT SHOW WHO OR WHERE SOMEONE SENT ME A FAKE ADDRESS ,paypal won't let me .but get these all the time

You are right. This is not a PayPal email. You may refer to this Help Center article to know more about these emails. 

Kindly forward the emails to spoof@paypal.com for PayPal to investigate on them. Reporting the email as spam to your email provider might help as well, especially if the emails are sent by the same email address.
